Saudi Arabia announced as new ASF Member Nation

Shantou 2021 Asian Youth Games postponed to December 2022
Kuwait, September 8, 2021: The Olympic Council of Asia’s 3rd Asian Youth Games, which were due to be held in Shantou, China this November, have been postponed until December 2022.

Surfing in Asian Games 2026
At the 4th board meeting of Aichi-Nagoya 2026 Organizing Committee on 30th March 2021, it was decided that Surfing will be included in Asian Games 2026.
The 6th Asian Beach Games have been postponed.
